What happens at a sprint?
A sprint is a focused working session where you collaborate with the maintainers and contributors of an open source project. Sprints are a great way to:
- Make your first open source contribution
- Connect with maintainers of your favourite Python projects
- Learn from experienced contributors in a hands-on setting
- Help a project you care about move forward
Projects range from beginner-friendly to advanced. All Python skill levels are welcome.
How to lead a sprint
Want to organise a sprint for your project? Submit a sprint entry by opening a pull request on our website repository. Use the sprint template to provide details about your project, what you plan to work on, and what level of Python knowledge participants need.
Sprint submissions will be listed on this page as they are accepted.
