Physical Access

ICE Kraków Congress Centre is a modern venue with step-free access throughout, lifts on all levels, accessible restrooms on every floor, and designated wheelchair seating in all rooms.

Dietary & Sensory

Catering includes vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-free options. Quiet rooms and low-stimulation spaces are available throughout the conference. A prayer room is also provided.

Childcare

Free childcare is available for children 19 months and older during the main conference days. Learn more about childcare →

Venue Details

The main conference venue is ICE Kraków Congress Centre, Marii Konopnickiej 17, Kraków. The building opened in 2014 and was designed with accessibility as a priority.

  • Parking: Disabled parking spaces are available directly outside the main entrance.
  • Entrance: All entrances are step-free. The main entrance has automatic doors.
  • Lifts: Lifts are available to all conference floors. Staff are on hand to assist.
  • Seating: Designated wheelchair spaces are reserved in all session rooms. Companion seating is available next to each space.
  • Neurodiversity: Sensory bags and ear defenders are available at the registration desk.
  • Quiet rooms: Quiet/low-stimulation rooms are available throughout the day. Check the venue map for locations.

Are there allergen-free food options?

Yes. Catering includes clearly labelled allergen information. If you have severe allergies, please contact us in advance at helpdesk@europython.eu.

Will there be live captioning?

We aim to provide live captioning for keynotes and selected tracks. Details will be announced closer to the event.

Is there a hearing loop?

Please contact us at helpdesk@europython.eu with your requirements and we will liaise with the venue to arrange appropriate support.

Can I bring a companion or support worker?

Yes. Please contact us and we can arrange a complimentary ticket for your companion or support worker.
