Secure Your Spot #

3 days of talks, keynotes, open spaces & sprints. Choose the tier that fits your situation.

Which tier should I buy?

Each ticket type is available in three pricing tiers. We trust you to choose the option that best fits your situation.

As a non-profit, every ticket you buy goes back into the Python community — whether by our financial aid programme, helping those in need of support, like students, attend the conference, or supporting Python communities across Europe through our EPS Grants programme ↗.

If you need a VAT invoice with your company's name, please purchase a Business Ticket. Personal Tickets do not include a company name. To assist the registration staff, your conference badge will display the ticket tier and type.

Every ticket includes

  • Three days of talks across five parallel tracks with 100+ talks (15–17 Jul)
  • Access to open spaces throughout the three conference days
  • Access to Sprint Weekend (18–19 Jul)
  • Access to sponsor booths & networking with sponsors
  • Light lunch provided each day
  • Break refreshments (coffee, tea, water, and more)
  • In-person networking opportunities during conference days
  • Access to free childcare for children aged 19 months and older
  • Conference T-shirt included

Prices go up 15 June. Late bird tickets are 50% more expensive. Don't wait — tickets are limited and the conference sells out every year.

Financial Aid Rules

How it works

  • Grants for in-person attendance will be awarded in two rounds. This makes it easier for us to reallocate grants in case grant offers were rejected in the first round. Receiving a grant early is also beneficial for people having to apply for a Schengen visa.
  • If you've applied for the first round, you will automatically be considered during the second round if you did not receive a grant during the first round. You do not have to reapply separately for the second round. In fact, if you want to increase your chances of receiving a grant, it is recommended to apply early.
  • Grants are personal and non-transferable
  • You must accept your offer before the stated deadline or it expires
  • The Financial Aid team may make offers outside of regular rounds
  • If you already bought a ticket before receiving a voucher, you need to request a refund separately — the programme cannot reimburse previously paid tickets
  • The total combined travel/accommodation grant cannot exceed €500, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Visa Application Fee Grant cannot exceed €90.

Key dates

  • 16 March 2026 – applications open
  • 6 April – deadline for submitting first-round applications
  • 20 April – First round of grant notifications
  • 30 April – Deadline to accepta first-round grant
  • 8 May – Deadline for submitting second-round-applications
  • 29 May – Second round grant notifications
  • 6 June – Deadline to accept a second-round grant
  • 28 July 2026 – receipt submission deadline

If you cannot attend

If you've applied for a grant or accepted a grant, but cannot make it to the conference, please contact us at finaid@europython.eu as soon as possible. This allows us to reallocate your grant to someone else.

Data privacy

The data we collect will exclusively be used by our Financial Aid team for the selection of grant recipients and the processing of refunds.

Who can apply?

  • Contributors: We want to support those who make the Python community a positive, inclusive and welcoming space. We welcome grant applications from folks who need financial support and who clearly put effort into the community and EuroPython, including speakers, volunteers, community organizers, and open-source contributors.
  • Social & economic factors: Everyone should have a chance to attend EuroPython, regardless of their social or economic situation.
  • Diversity: We want EuroPython to be the most diverse and inclusive event possible, and we are especially committed to helping those from underrepresented groups in tech feel welcome, participate fully, and contribute to our community.

Reimbursement process

  • Reimbursements will be made after the conference via PayPal, Wise or bank transfer (SEPA/Swift)
  • We will only reimburse you after we've received your receipt/invoices and a photo of your conference badge
  • Please make sure that your receipts/invoices contain the information necessary for us to validate them. At the very least, they should contain your name, the date, the amount, and specify what the receipt/invoice is for.
  • Reimbursements will only be made to individuals who actually attended the conference. Please include a photo of your conference badge with your receipts/invoices.
  • Please consider the risk of travel restrictions: choose flexible booking options that allow you to cancel in case you can't actually make it to the conference.

Visa Support #

Poland is in the Schengen Area. If you need a visa to attend EuroPython, we're here to help you through the process.

Do I need a visa?

EU/EEA citizens can enter Poland freely. Citizens of many other countries can enter visa-free for short stays. Check the Polish government visa page ↗ to see if your nationality requires a Schengen visa.

Invitation Letter

Once you've purchased your ticket, we can provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application. Fill out our invitation letter request form with your details and order confirmation.

Visa Fee Reimbursement

Through our Financial Aid programme, we offer reimbursement of up to €90 for Schengen visa fees. Apply for financial aid when applications open alongside ticket sales.

Tips for a smooth application
  • Apply early. Schengen visa processing can take 15–45 days. We recommend applying as soon as you have your ticket.
  • Book refundable accommodation. Many embassies require proof of accommodation. Book a refundable hotel so you can cancel if needed.
  • Bring your ticket confirmation. Your EuroPython ticket and invitation letter serve as proof of purpose of travel.
  • Travel insurance. Most Schengen visa applications require travel medical insurance with minimum €30,000 coverage.
